Welcome and thank you for taking the time to learn more about Berean Baptist Church! I started my role as Lead Pastor here on February 16, 2020. I probably don’t have to tell you what happened the next month! Even with a pandemic starting a month after getting to Berean, God has blessed us with growth. God is so good to us!
My family and I moved to Mansfield from Wasilla, Alaska. We spent a total of 11 years ministering in one of the most beautiful places on earth. We are so thankful to have played a small part in what God is doing in Alaska and we are equally excited to be here now.
I hope you will get a chance to meet my family in person (I think they are pretty great)! My wife Kelli and I have been married since 1997 and we have four kids. Ashley and Hanna are our girls and Elijah and Isaiah are our boys. Ashley is married to Edwin and they have three kids. That’s right, I have three grandchildren! And let me tell you, grandkids are way better than regular kids!
In addition to working at Berean, I have the privilege to serve as chaplain for the Cleveland Monsters of the American Hockey League. I also get to be an Assistant football coach for Madison High School.
If I am out of town when you visit, chances are high that I am off somewhere on a missions trip. I am passionate about what God is doing throughout the world and I count it a joy to be a small part in it!
