Requirements

Thank you for your interest in helping with our children's ministry. We seek mature, godly people who are committed to Jesus, Berean Baptist Church and to children, inviting them to join the team that "Heals Kids' Hearts." You might be one of them! | These requirements must be met before any adult can serve in a position involving direct contact with children. There are other behind-the-scenes support positions that do not involve direct contact with children available as well. Requirements for teen volunteers are adjusted slightly. Please contact Pastor Nate for details. |

- Attended Berean for at least 6 months
- Complete an application including three references and testimony of Christian conversion
- Read and sign the guidelines
- Background check
- Attend training and get a photo ID badge
