Mission Statement
Berean's Healing Touch Ministry is open to all single people who are sincerely seeking the Lord's healing touch through Biblical principles. DivorceCare is offered for those who are already divorced, as well as for those who are currently struggling through the divorce process. Healing Touch also offers another DVD Seminar, GriefShare, for those who are grieving a significant loss. Transitions continues the healing process, while A Step Beyond offers participants the opportunity to stay connected socially with the ministry and to enjoy seminars appropriate for their new journey.
The desire of this ministry is to focus on spiritual and emotional growth, as well as fellowship and fun, without being a traditional singles group designed for dating purposes. In this way we can honor God by discovering His purpose for our lives now, and by living each day to His glory.
Ministry Goals
To provide a caring forum for hurting people to address their spiritual and emotional issues relating to divorce, death, and relationship loss of every kind.
To seek guidance from the Lord in all that we do and to lead the seeking heart to a personal relationship with Christ.
To provide professional Christian seminars and workshops that explore issues related to divorce, grief and the healing process - both at that critical time and in the months and years to come.
To encourage a feeling of "belonging" through a wide variety of social activities throughout the year.
To offer Pastor referrals and leader consultations to assure placement of each individual in this ministry brings optimal benefit and healing.
